What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the development of an impactful Annual Business Plan in collaboration with key retail customers
  • Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Oversee the execution of marketing programs and operational strategies in line with business objectives
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving operational issues and addressing challenges between the employer and the customer
  • Utilize insights and data to forecast performance, manage budgets, and implement effective business strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Significant experience (3-5+ years) in key account management within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industries
  • Proven experience in managing pricing and package strategies for large, complex customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address operational and strategic challenges
  • Ability to navigate and meet the needs of diverse stakeholders across multiple business systems

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Advanced strategic selling expertise with experience in creating and pitching customized promotional programs
  • In-depth knowledge of bottler systems and environments
