Indeed Flex is seeking a highly motivated, organized and curious individual to lead their clients to success via tech adoption of our platform & collaborating with our internal teams. Main PurposeThe primary purpose of this position is to manage, develop & grow the ongoing client relationships for Indeed Flex and function as a liaison between our divisions and contracted clients when needed. This position provides account management for key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPIs to provide strategic, unbiased, and objective advisory services that assist clients in improving recruitment processes, productivity, and overall performance.
This position is located onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
Qualifications & Skills- One year of account management experience, preferably in the Staffing, Recruitment, and/or RPO domain. Alternatively, 3-5 years experience in a broader CSM role, ideally working with technology based solutions.
- Driven to exceed expectations on growth and satisfaction targets.
- Highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage.
- High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision.

- Previous staffing experience.

- Proactively manage the client, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs by leveraging data to anticipate challenges & provide solutions before they arise.
- Provide support for booking inquiries, training, reporting, checking in staff, and consulting with the client and Indeed Flex.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at a regional or site level, acting as the voice of the client to our internal stakeholders.
- Study client’s business functions - gather information, know their needs, identify growth opportunities, and provide consultative recommendations to improve their temporary workforce strategy.
- Research and analyze data, present recommendations to our clients, and set a schedule for implementing improvements, driving accountability on all parts.
- Ensure clients maximize the use of our platform and use it correctly in order to drive their workforce strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and onboarding on behalf of the client and ensure recruitment plans are in place and on track.
- Provide support outside of standard business hours as required to meet customer needs.
- Ensure operations team manages all day-to-day operations, consulting with client, Flexer support, jobseeker team, partnership team, and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development through the growth of existing accounts in new lines of business.
- Develop an account plan for assigned accounts that will form the basis of value-driven sales growth.
- $65,000 to $85,000 annually
- Commission: $20,000 annually based on meeting key metrics

This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties. If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.
Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkHours are Monday - Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
