Position: Verizon Strategic Account Manager (Remote/Hybrid) - Avg. Total Comp: ~$300k

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Verizon account, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability growth, retention, and expansion goals
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new telecommunications solutions that address client challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of account and territory management experience in the Communications industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
  • Strong understanding of communications products, services, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 40–50% of the time)
  • Residing within a 50-mile radius of an employer office, with an expectation to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday
