A day in the life:- Provide risk mitigation guidance to clients including pre-submission surveys, replacement cost calculations and on-site loss control surveys to enhance portfolio attractiveness to admitted and non-admitted markets.
- Be available to colleagues to analyze and comment on carrier appraisal and risk mitigation services, as well as claims recovery strategies, ensuring carrier actions are fully aligned with client interests.
- Monitor external environments for trends, regulatory changes and best practices. Identify emerging opportunities and risks in order to provide strategic guidance and implement appropriate action plans and escalations to senior leaders, where appropriate.
- Works in unison with carrier personnel, Advisory Resource partners and other third-party vendors to ensure clients, COIs and colleagues are provided a seamless and comprehensive solution to their personal risk needs, including delivery of new and varied services and solutions.
- Evaluate existing risk management practices and put forth a strategic plan to improve the client experience, elevate risk management offerings and maximize retention.
- Work hand in hand with colleagues to expand educational offerings (webinars, blogs, white papers, etc.) to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and wealth advisory relationships that spread risk awareness and produce better outcomes. This includes sharing insights gleaned from working with clients, engaging service providers on clients' behalf and leveraging unsurpassed industry knowledge across the MMA PCS footprint.
- Be a part of the team recommending Advisory Resource offerings, to expand solutions available to clients.
- Partners closely with Claims Advocacy to conduct loss analytics and devise solutions to proactively address root causes of negative trends impacting clients.
- Participate in Center of Influence (COI) presentations, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and to work closely with prospects to create a risk profile that is attractive to insurers.
- Frequently communicate key client and Family Office matters/concerns, team updates, market developments and trends with MMA PCS field leadership teams (Zone Leaders, Zone Client Advisor Leaders and Regional PCS leaders).
- Ensures pertinent information is delivered to clients and local PCS service teams to build trust, enhance service and maintain effective working relationships. This includes working closely with Claims advocacy on loss mitigation insights and CAT response.
- Work with National Marketing & Communications, Professional Excellence and Learning & Development teams to reinforce and nurture our commitment to education and strategic advice.
- Contribute at Family Office and VIP client annual review meetings by providing insight into client's risk profile and risk management efforts, as well as general industry trends.
- Participate in projects and committees and provide resources for the overall betterment of MMA.
- Collaborate across the enterprise and partner with MMA regions to deliver a One PCS experience, ensure alignment on information exchange, as well as leverage MMA resources to drive growth through revenue retention and new business generation.

-7 years of risk management experience in High Net Worth insurance. - Travel as needed to meet with clients throughout the East Coast.
- Appropriate Property & Casualty license required.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- An out of the box thinker. Able to help resolve complex issues, keeping all relevant parties informed.
- Wildfire and earthquake experience, and familiarity with IBHS and NFPA Wildfire programs, Hurricane, wind and flood experience. Familiarity with IBHS and the Fortified Program.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication to skillfully navigate COI, client and colleague dynamics, to gain support for recommendations.
- Strong presentation skills, for both internal and external resources.
- Collaborative track record leading to design and implementation of contemporary workflows, processes, and data gathering and analysis.
- Robust admitted and non-admitted carrier relationships.
