Account Director (100% Remote – 6-month contract) About the Role
Our client, a boutique creative agency, looking for an Account Director to cover a maternity leave. Although the role is 100% remote, the candidate must work in the Pacific Standard Time zone. You will partner with the Managing Director to oversee client relationships and drive new business opportunities across the U.S.

. You’ll ensure client expectations are met and exceeded while maintaining a profitable, high‑performing environment. Your deep understanding of digital creative, technology, and advertising will help position the agency at the forefront of the industry.
- Lead and nurture existing and new client relationships across your region.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
- Organize and lead operational review meetings, ensuring alignment across all accounts.
- Educate clients on the agency’s capabilities, recent work, and successes.
- Partner with creative teams to guide the development of marketing and campaign assets.
- Negotiate client agreements, manage service contracts, and support invoicing and rate card management.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, collaborating with U.S. and global teams.
- Build the agency’s reputation locally through networking, events, and strong relationships with partners, brands, and vendors.
- Collaborate with other agency offices to share insights, coordinate opportunities, and ensure seamless regional coverage.
- Proven experience in client management and business development in a digital creative or advertising agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, digital technology, and creative processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with high financial acumen and the ability to motivate teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
