In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire renewals process, ensuring that customer contracts are renewed accurately and on time. By collaborating closely with various teams such as Sales and Customer Success, you'll help drive revenue retention and foster customer satisfaction.

• Develop strategic plans for long-term renewals with a focus on enterprise-level customers.
• Manage the end-to-end renewal billing process, ensuring timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track and validate upcoming renewals.
• Oversee contract terminations and maintain comprehensive records.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency in renewals and billing.
• Track renewal performance metrics and support revenue forecasting.

• 5+ years experience with B2B contracts, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
• Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
