Overview
Senior HR Program Manager - Remote
Program Consultant HR Strategic Initiatives is responsible for delivering business value through coordination and support of projects, operational improvement, initiatives, and communications directly related to the life cycle of HR M&A and internal reorganizational activities. All duties are to be carried out with the strategic direction of Human Resources and the overall vision of Providence in mind.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and support projects related to HR M&A and internal reorganizations.
- Drive operational improvements, initiatives, and communications that align with HR strategy.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement programs across the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of progressive professional work experience
- 2 years HR experience in an operational, support, or center of expertise; responsibility providing direct support to a client group preferred
- Experience with acquisition work, or executing on multiple complex projects
- Upon hire: PHR (or recognized equivalent)

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
