• 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on business development and practice management
• Proven track record of expanding services and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and sales
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Graduate degree, such as an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the environmental, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Previous success in launching or growing a consulting practice
• Recognized involvement in industry forums or professional networks related to technology and consulting
• Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization
