(Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and define AI-driven consulting services that address client challenges and enhance Barr's core offerings
• Identify client needs and market opportunities for AI-enhanced consulting, crafting compelling value propositions
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for AI services through marketing materials and participation in industry events
• Engage with clients to design high-level solution approaches that apply AI to meet specific needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for implementation

(Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on business development and practice management
• Proven ability to think strategically and identify emerging client needs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trusted client relationships
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority
• Strong familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts relevant to business applications

(Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced education such as an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the environmental, engineering, or industrial sectors served by the employer
• Success in launching or growing a consulting practice or service line
• Recognized involvement in industry forums or networks related to technology and consulting
• Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization
