We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will own and lead the development of analytics driven solutions that generate measurable business results and actionable insights. This individual will bring deep analytical expertise and significant experience in Commercial Excellence within the Life Sciences sector.

The Commercial Excellence Manager will own market share insights and forecasting, partnering closely with the Sr. Manager, Healthcare Excellence, to drive top-line revenue and build sales force performance dashboards. The role will track and report insights aligned to our HOPE values while modeling Danone s Behaviors, with a particular focus on supporting and elevating the sales force. This role will serve as the primary master data owner, leveraging large datasets to support business ambitions.

• Market Intelligence & Forecasting:
  Analyze large datasets to uncover market share trends, competitive patterns, and growth opportunities that will be utilized by senior leadership to drive business decisions. Develop and execute forecasting models to anticipate future category and channel performance.
• Sales Performance Analytics:
  Establish and monitor KPIs that directly influence revenue growth. Build performance dashboards and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance sales force effectiveness.
• Field Force Support & Goal Setting:
  In partnership with the Sr. Manager Healthcare Excellence, own quarterly sales goals calculations, generate field support reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Insight-Driven Strategy Development:
  Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial strategy and align with organizational values and behaviors.

• Strategic Partnership Building:
  Foster strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
• Influence Through Insights:
  Lead with data-driven analysis to guide decision-making and influence cross-functional teams toward shared business objectives.
• Agility in Decision Making:
  Apply sound judgment and timely insights to support effective business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Culture of Continuous Improvement:
  Champion innovation by challenging existing processes and introducing new approaches that enhance operational excellence.

This role is primarily performed in a remote office setting and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or standing) for extended periods. The employee may be required to travel to Danone corporate offices as needed.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $145,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
