• Conduct financial analysis related to clients  benefit programs and provide actionable insights
• Mine and clean data from various sources to ensure high-quality analytics
• Collaborate with Account Managers to review client utilization reports and suggest plan improvements
• Draft and prepare accurate client reports and deliverables for meetings
• Maintain organized and complete information in the internal database

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the healthcare industry with group insurance carriers, brokers, or consultants
• Knowledge of group insurance products including medical, dental, and pharmacy
• Familiarity with database applications
