We’re looking for a Product Innovation Lead to drive new product development within the health and wellness space. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of consumer insight, market intelligence, regulatory awareness, and commercial strategy.

If you’ve built products in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or adjacent CPG categories, and you’re ready to shape what’s next, we’d love to hear from you.

This role pays: $120,000 – $160,000/year

Our U.S. headquarters is located in Monroe, WA; however, we welcome applicants from anywhere within the U.S. This job may be performed remotely within the U.S.

What You’ll Own

You will lead the end-to-end product innovation lifecycle, from idea to launch, ensuring each product is strategically positioned, financially sound, and commercially viable.

Innovation & Strategy
  • Identify high-value innovation opportunities using consumer insights, market data, and competitive analysis
  • Shape portfolio growth by expanding core business and addressing gaps in current assortments
  • Influence brand and investment decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations
Product Development & Launch
  • Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through commercialization
  • Oversee formulation, regulatory alignment, COGS targets, and sales validation
  • Develop compelling product positioning, claims, and marketing narratives
Commercial & Operational Excellence
  • Evaluate product proposals through market research and competitive intelligence
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and portfolio performance analysis
  • Establish and refine best practices to streamline development processes
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Relevant professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education requirements.
  • 8–12 years of innovation and product development experience; nutraceutical, wellness, pharmaceutical, or CPG background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and bringing products to market
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Asana and SharePoint preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Composure and agility in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead and influence
