Customer Success is responsible for successful customer onboarding, maintenance, and customer growth through various team support models. The Solution Management Team is part of the Customer Success organization supporting both company-wide initiatives and department specific projects. We perform a wide scope of project management to support: systemic fixes and enhancements, data analytics to support priority and ROI, coordinate submission of quarterly intakes, value stream and roadmap planning.
We support feature and project rollout through extensive testing, process documentation and training, coordinated with our SDS Product Owners and/or Business Stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Project management execution of Customer Success continuous improvement opportunities including development of project plans, business requirements and roadmaps.
- Gather and translate business requirements into use cases/stories for Product and SDS teams.
- Keep track of and communicate project statuses, decisions, issues, and risks
- Organize and facilitate appropriate recurring calls with Product Owners and other cross functional team contributors.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure the completion of all tasks in accordance with established timelines and go live targets. Updates and project impacts are highly visible internally and externally across a broad range of areas. Decisions have direct bearing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and service success.
- Gather and analyze data as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience communicating with internal teams
- Strong attention to detail with organizational, planning and time management skills
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills to provide clear and concise updates to key stakeholders
- Aptitude to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Maintains a high level of focus and composure under time constraints while executing multiple projects concurrently
What’s needed
- Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Project management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully organizing and leading effective meetings
- Technical competence with relevant tools (project planning)
- Proficiency with MS O365 apps
