Proposal Coordinator

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, qualifications, and other client deliverables
• Assist with RFP and RFQ intake, organization, and scheduling
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance checklists, and content outlines
• Format proposals and supporting materials in various software applications
• Track proposal status and support continuous improvement efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in proposal coordination, business development support, or related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Click Up, Aprimo, Salesforce, or Loopio
• Internship or entry‑level experience in proposals, consulting, or professional services environments
• Prior experience with public sector proposal responses
• Shipley and/or APMP certifications and training
