• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others
• In-depth knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry, including pricing and market dynamics

• Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture and mentoring others
• Proven track record of consultative leadership and advanced negotiation skills
• Experience in change management and motivating teams
• Willingness to invest extra time and support across teams as needed
• Familiarity with wildfire risk scoring and mitigation processes
