• Train end users to successfully enter, interpret, and analyze Virtual Fencing Technology data
• Customize user portals and reports to enhance user experience with the software
• Consult with customers to recommend process improvements for full implementation of technology
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to organize user groups and demonstrations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Health, Agriculture, Business, or a relevant field
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction
• Proficient in written, verbal, and MS Office skills

• Experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Background in agricultural economics, animal husbandry, or related fields
• Familiarity with field sales support and lead generation techniques
• Ability to gather testimonials and case studies effectively
