Supplier Relationship and Project Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, and success criteria for various projects
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and long-term value creation
• Oversee supplier performance through KPI and SLA tracking, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Communicate project status and insights to executives and invested parties for informed decision-making

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or strategic operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure
• Strong executive presentation skills for communicating updates and recommendations to senior leaders
• Ability to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with organizational policies
• Proficiency with project management and visualization tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira)

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, particularly with workforce programs
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, Phenom)
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certifications
• Experience in building Supplier Performance Management frameworks
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and employee resource groups
