What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria to ensure measurable outcomes
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and long‑term value creation
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans as necessary
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, collaborating with various internal teams for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
  • Demonstrated experience leading small to large‑scale, cross‑functional projects from initiation through execution
  • Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
  • Strong executive presentation skills for communicating updates and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with organizational policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and AI governance
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certifications
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • Active participation in company culture‑building activities, such as employee resource groups
