Supplier Relationship and Project Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to foster collaboration and value creation
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service level agreements to optimize performance and cost
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution
• Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
• Strong executive presentation skills for communicating updates and recommendations to senior leaders
• Ability to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with organizational policies

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday or AI-enabled tools
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certifications
• Experience leading change management initiatives
• Active participation in company culture-building activities
