Civil Process Specialist

• Process claims to customer funds received from third parties, including garnishments, levies, liens, and information subpoenas
• Review account files to identify any customer accounts affected by legal actions
• Restrain and release funds held in accounts as required
• Prepare and submit response documents to third parties in accordance with legal requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers, creditors, taxing authorities, and legal representatives

• 1-3 years of similar work experience
• Experience processing garnishments, levies, liens, or information subpoenas
• Experience with 1099‑K tax form corrections
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Google Docs & Sheets
• High level of reading comprehension
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with lien, levy, or garnishment processing strongly encouraged
