• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market shifts to inform strategic implications
• Design analytical frameworks to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable KPIs
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to refine and enhance strategies through structured analysis
• Support M&A evaluations with commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
• Prepare executive‑level materials for senior leadership and investment committees

• Minimum of 10 years of strategy experience, preferably from management consulting or corporate strategy in staffing or business services
• Strong strategic thinking skills with an understanding of competitive dynamics
• Proven ability to structure complex business problems and conduct data‑driven analyses
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting M&A initiatives, including due diligence
• Exposure to buy‑side and sell‑side M&A processes
