The Product Manager – Mobility Solutions plays an important role in shaping and evolving digital products that support Vialto’s global mobility services. This role focuses on translating complex mobility processes and professional services expertise into intuitive, scalable product experiences for clients and internal teams.
Working closely with practice teams, technology teams, and service delivery leaders, the Product Manager helps ensure products align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and client needs. The role owns product areas end-to-end - from understanding problems and defining priorities through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity for a product manager who enjoys operating in a professional services environment, balancing commercial priorities, operational realities, and user experience to deliver meaningful, practical outcomes.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own defined product areas within Vialto’s mobility product portfolio.
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with mobility strategy and business priorities.
- Define clear product outcomes and success measures, focused on efficiency, usability, and client value.
- Identify opportunities to simplify mobility processes through better product design, automation, or improved workflows.
- Discovery & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with mobility consultants, client service teams, and operations to understand user needs and service challenges.
- Run discovery activities such as interviews, workshops, and journey mapping to inform product decisions.
- Translate service and business requirements into clear, prioritised product features and enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
- Delivery & Execution
- Work closely with engineering and design to plan, prioritise, and deliver product increments.
- Manage backlog, scope, and trade-offs to balance regulatory requirements, delivery constraints, and client demand.
- Support testing, release, and rollout activities to ensure smooth adoption by users.
- Contribute to delivery ceremonies and product rituals, promoting pragmatic and outcome-focused ways of working.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product usage, feedback, and performance to inform ongoing improvements.
- Respond to changes in mobility regulations, service offerings, and business priorities that impact product needs.
