Product Manager, Curv - IntelliScript; Remote

• Drive new feature and product development for the Curv® suite, focusing on machine learning and AI applications
• Collaborate with Agile team members to define and prioritize user stories within the team backlog
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users, and customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product planning
• Lead team scrums to define product vision and communicate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Negotiate priorities between competing stakeholder interests and ensure high-value deliverables are completed within sprints

• 4+ years of professional experience in software, healthcare, insurance, clinical trials, or similar fields
• Experience working with Jira or other Agile project management tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into high-quality product deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to adapt communication style for various audiences

• Certification or advanced degree in product management or business management
• Strong understanding of the group health and/or group insurance market
• Experience with insurance rating, underwriting systems, or working with Rx and medical claims data
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
