• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and innovation
• Oversee supplier performance through KPI and SLA tracking, ensuring compliance and optimization
• Communicate project status and insights to executives and stakeholders for informed decision‑making

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects from initiation through execution
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate complex issues into actionable plans
• Proficiency with project management and visualization tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira)

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
• Exposure to AI governance or vendor security/compliance reviews
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
• Experience building or running a Supplier Performance Management framework
• Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups
