• Lead strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth across multiple products and distribution channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, particularly in Pricing, to implement product enhancements and rate actions
• Develop product specifics and oversee large initiatives critical to business success, including compliance and operational planning
• Maintain market-specific competitive intelligence and trend analyses while ensuring alignment across functions
• Supervise product performance metrics, including close ratio and retention, to achieve financial goals

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management, analytical roles, or related functions
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and deliver effective presentations
• In-depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree or CPCU designation preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture
• Experience in mentoring and supporting employee resource groups
• Proven ability to think beyond the boundaries of one's own area and contribute to overall company success
• Willingness to invest extra time and effort to fulfill business needs
