Supplier Relationship and Project Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and long-term value
• Oversee supplier performance through KPI tracking and compliance monitoring
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or related strategic operations role
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution
• Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Proficiency with project management tools and analytical skills to translate complex issues into actionable plans

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations programs
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms and AI governance
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
• Experience leading change management initiatives
• Involvement in employee resource groups or community volunteering
