What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with Small Business and Mid-Market customers to support their recruiting operations
  • Build strong executive-level relationships to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer product usage data to recommend enhancements that improve the customer experience
  • Proactively develop customer strategies and success playbooks while monitoring their effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Onboarding with complex software solutions
  • At least 3 years of experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and/or HR technology
  • Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset
