This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Contract & Risk Administrator - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our contractual commitments are managed effectively while supporting a range of strategic projects. You'll work closely with diverse teams including Sales, Legal, and Project Management to optimize contract terms and mitigate risks.

- Review, negotiate, and maintain contract terms, including Master and Blanket Agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Legal, Finance, and Operations on contract matters.
- Advise internal partners on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
- Maintain contract databases and prepare regular status reports.
- Support customer communication on contract terms and flow‑down requirements.
- Provide guidance on contractual risks during project execution.
- Lead risk reviews, FRAME Agreements, and waiver processes.
- Ensure all parties fulfill contractual obligations and support contract closeout efforts.
- Bachelor’s, associate’s degree, or certificate in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
- Experience handling contract portfolios in the technology or construction sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and digital approval tools like Docu Sign or Adobe Sign.
