• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• In‑depth product management expertise and knowledge of financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
• Experience in shaping company culture through mentoring and cross‑functional projects
• Proven ability to build relationships and support employee resource groups
• Strong consultative leadership orientation with advanced negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for enterprise and team meetings as needed
