• Maintain successful client relationships that promote loyalty and enhance retention through proactive communication
• Onboard new clients and ensure their expectations are met through the Client Onboarding Framework
• Conduct demonstrations of CIRBI and provide ongoing support and training
• Manage transitions of new studies to the Client Services Coordinator and establish escalation pathways
• Assist in general client inquiries and resolution of issues, documenting details within Salesforce

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a Science-related field, or a High School Diploma with relevant industry experience
• One year of experience in an IRB, health‑related field, or clinical research
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products and CRM software
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems while managing conflicting demands and priorities

• Sales or business development experience
• Knowledge of clinical research, including drug, biologics, and device trials
• Understanding of FDA and OHRP regulations and ICH guidance for informed consent and institutional review boards
• Ability to influence teams to achieve common goals
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
