- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business process design or process improvement
- Proven experience in authoring business documents such as SOPs and training materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
