OBI is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Analysis team in the Finance Directorate at their headquarters in Cologno Monzese, Italy. This role supports OBI's transformation and international operations through strategic data analysis and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Assisting business stakeholders in setting and achieving goals.
Developing action plans and optimizing processes with other functions.
Providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Required Skills and Background:
Degree or Master's in economics, engineering, or a related field.
2+ year of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Fluent in English (C1 level).
Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Skills:

Problem-solving and target-oriented mindset.
Experience in high-pressure scenarios.
Experience in pricing within an FMCG company.
Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and German language.
