Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
• Coordinate financial analysis and assist with reporting functions

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in using technology and software related to transaction management

• Experience with Fusion, CoStar, REFLEX, or other transaction management technology
• Familiarity with market and demographic analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a client-facing role
