• Manage and supervise the sales administration team responsible for estimation, quote entry, contract processing, and sales documentation
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of sales quotations and proposals, ensuring compliance with technical specifications
• Coordinate the collection and review of project specifications and drawings to meet customer and company requirements
• Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for sales administration activities
• Train and develop sales administration staff to enhance their skills and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and technical documentation
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales quoting software, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in team leadership and staff development
• Knowledge of process improvement and project management
• Familiarity with contract review and compliance
• Skills in estimation, quote entry, and proposal coordination
• Ability to manage technical specifications and drawings
