Operations Specialist, Iowa & Missouri

• Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
• Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick‑offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams
• Assist in designing and implementing key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using business intelligence and customer relationship management tools
• Monitor compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulations
• Support the Market President/Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests, and other program reporting requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats and events
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and extensive keyboard use

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Knowledge of project management processes is a plus
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
