Sr. Subcontracts Administrator; Remote

• Provide senior‑level subcontract support to the Infrastructure Solutions ES Construction Unit
• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts, including non‑disclosure and teaming agreements
• Analyze bids and proposals to ensure compliance with government requirements and company policies
• Administer various types of subcontracts, including Cost Plus, FFP, T&M, and Labor Hour
• Lead the subcontractor setup process and ensure compliance with documentation regulations

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 6+ years of experience in procurement activities, including subcontracting
• Strong understanding of various contract types and federal acquisition regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• US citizenship

• Experience in negotiating and managing construction subcontract agreements for Federal Clients
• Knowledge and experience with Deltek Costpoint
