What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the retirement plan ecosystem to drive new business and retain existing assets
  • Identify business opportunities and conduct in-depth meetings on investment strategies through various communication methods
  • Collaborate with sales teams and investment management to uncover opportunities and drive sales
  • Communicate the firm’s competitive advantages and persuade clients regarding investment solutions
  • Travel regionally and nationally as needed to meet client and business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of domicili8 of 3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, specifically in DCIO or retirement plan sales
  • Required Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrate client-focused, courageous, accountable, collaborative, curious, adaptable, and competitively driven behaviors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, investment and third-party data, and Linked In
