- Perform compensation analyses and collaborate on research for internal and external evaluations
- Provide support for payroll discrepancies and ensure timely Workday time tracking
- Assist in the administration of compensation systems and maintain compensation history
- Contribute to the development of tools and improved processes related to compensation
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years in a compensation function
- Proficiency with Workday or other HRIS database systems
- General knowledge of compensation compliance with state and federal laws
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas)
- World at Work Membership or Society for Human Resource Management membership
- CCP certification
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
