Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Manage account opening, handling transfers, process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, updating SOPs, and strategically executing the branch business plan.
- Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor, demonstrating strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
