Position: Distribution Sales Lead Consultant – Dental & Vision Solutions (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead strategic initiatives to expand Dental and Vision distribution and drive profitable growth
  • Serve as a consultative partner to sales leadership, providing tools and insights to increase win rates
  • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution to align strategies
  • Represent the organization in broker and industry engagements to enhance market credibility
  • Drive measurable results by aligning distribution strategy and cross‑functional collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of Group Insurance experience, with strong expertise in Dental and Vision product design and marketing
  • Proven ability to build and influence relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth plans
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month, including industry conferences
