What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria for clear direction and measurable outcomes
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration, innovation, and long-term value creation
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet business objectives
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and oversee supplier performance through KPI tracking
  • Communicate project status and insights to executives and stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in project management or supplier relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and close
  • Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships and performance reviews
  • Strong executive presentation skills for communicating updates and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Proficiency with project management tools and visualization tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations programs
  • Exposure to AI governance, technology risk assessments, or vendor security/compliance reviews
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • Actively engaging in company culture through employee resource groups or volunteering
