• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management, analytical roles, or related functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• In-depth product management expertise and advanced understanding of profitability drivers

• Actively engages in shaping company culture through mentorship and volunteering
• Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset, thinking beyond their immediate area of responsibility
• Proven ability to motivate and influence diverse teams while driving towards results
• Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings and relationship-building opportunities
