Supplier Relationship and Project Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, and governance for successful outcomes
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to foster collaboration and innovation
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks while adjusting plans to meet objectives
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring optimal cost and performance from suppliers
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, partnering with various internal teams for resolution

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or strategic operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation to execution
• Strong executive presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
• Proficiency with project management tools and strong analytical problem solving skills

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations programs
• Exposure to AI governance and vendor security/compliance reviews
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
• Experience leading change management initiatives
• Active participation in company culture-building activities, such as employee resource groups
