Camps Product Manager

• Gather and prioritize product requirements to support the product roadmap, translating market needs into functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to drive product vision and refine product requirements
• Define and manage the product backlog throughout the product lifecycle, from market requirements to release and iteration
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business and customer goals
• Utilize data to understand customer needs and inform product enhancements and new features

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product role or equivalent experience within a software delivery organization
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across various organizational levels

• Experience with B2B and SaaS‑based solutions
• Familiarity with managed healthcare, benefits, and/or outsourcing service experience
• Proficiency in software project management tools, preferably JIRA
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of delivering high‑quality, customer‑driven products on time
