Role SummaryYou’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our financial advisors and their clients. Key responsibilities include supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
- Account management: opening accounts, handling transfers, processing transactions, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Administrative & operational support: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute on the branch business plan.
- Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Hiring Minimum: $22.50
Hiring Maximum: $24.36
