Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. What You’ll Deliver
  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listening for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events

Compensation

  • Compensation includes discretionary and variable programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance
  • Hiring minimum: $21.38 / hour
    Hiring maximum: $23.14 / hour

Role Requirements

  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management:
    Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
