Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. - Part‑time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12‑month measurement period are eligible for benefits:

- Hiring minimum: $21.38 / hour

Role Requirements
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
