We are seeking a Title Operations Specialist who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of manufactured home and vehicle titles, while collaborating with retailers, state/county agencies, and internal teams. The Title Operations Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, resolving discrepancies, and supporting both borrowers and investors. This position is in office in our Tempe, AZ location.

• Monitor and manage the title inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow‑ups.
• Work with state and county agencies to clarify processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve title errors quickly and accurately.
• Partner with retailers to ensure titles are properly completed and transferred to borrowers.
• Process titles for repossessed vehicles/homes.
• Meet SLA requirements for investor‑placed titles.
• Support other titling tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• 2+ years of experience in manufactured home or vehicle titling.
• Strong knowledge of state and county title requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience managing a title pipeline alongside daily operational tasks.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools as required.
• Located in or near Tempe, AZ.

• Prior experience with titling processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook.
• Notary certification is a plus. (If not certified, willingness to obtain one with company assistance).
