What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and long-term value creation
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and adjust plans to meet business objectives
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity of service
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and close
  • Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
  • Strong executive presentation skills, including the ability to communicate updates and risks to senior leaders
  • Proficiency with project management tools and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms
  • Knowledge of AI governance and vendor security/compliance reviews
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
