- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies

- Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity of service
- 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and close
- Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
- Strong executive presentation skills, including the ability to communicate updates and risks to senior leaders
- Proficiency with project management tools and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
- PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
- Experience working with HR technology platforms
- Knowledge of AI governance and vendor security/compliance reviews
- Experience leading change management initiatives
