Supplier Relationship and Project Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and innovation
• Oversee supplier performance through tracking KPIs and managing service level agreements (SLAs)
• Communicate project status and insights to executives and stakeholders
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement operational efficiencies across supplier engagements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or strategic operations
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects from initiation through execution
• Strong executive presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial tracking methods
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms and AI governance
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience in change management initiatives and supplier performance management frameworks
• Active participation in company culture‑building activities
