• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and innovation
• Oversee supplier performance through KPI and SLA tracking and compliance monitoring
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier‑related issues, ensuring timely resolutions

• 6+ years of experience in project management or supplier relationship management
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects from initiation to execution
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews
• Strong executive presentation skills for communicating with senior leaders
• Proficiency with project management tools and financial tracking

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations programs
• Exposure to AI governance or vendor security/compliance reviews
• PMP or other project management certification
• Experience leading change management initiatives
• Active participation in company culture‑building activities
